Authentic quality

The natural scenery of Lake Garda and the authenticity of Trentino inspire the kitchen of the chef Remo Penasa, in which the interpretation of the territory and the search for new combinations are perfectly coordinated.


In the summer months, breakfast is served also outdoors every morning on the hotel's panoramic terrace.
We offer a large sweet and savory buffet, hot and cold.
You can try croissants, homemade cakes and pies, yoghurt, cereal flakes, muesli, light products, juices and fresh seasonal fruit. You will also find delicious crêpes that will be prepared for you on site. If you prefer something hearty, there are salmon, vegetables and a wide variety of cold cuts and cheeses.

For those who book half board, dinner will be in our “Live” restaurant.

For each meal, the chef offers a daily choice menu. In our dishes you will find the real taste of Mediterranean cuisine and the high quality of local, organic and seasonal products that have been revised in a modern and innovative way.
Here, each dish is treated as a unique and unrepeatable work of art ...and thanks to the viewable kitchen, you can see it right in front of your eyes!

The very high quality of the ingredients, the respect for seasonality and the use of organic products from the local area, such as the extra virgin Olive Oil D.O.P. of the Garda from the family farm “Santa Lucia” and Pasta Felicetti are the inspiring principles of all the dishes proposed in our menus.

For those who only book bed and breakfast, our hotel offers a restaurant service for lunch in our Sky Bar Bistrot and for dinner in our “Live” restaurant.

Chef Remo Penasa

Born and raised in the heart of Trentino, in the Val di Sole valley, he inherited a sensitivity for tradition and authenticity.
Penasa boasts important experiences with Italian and international chefs, and since the year of its inauguration he has been at the helm of the Kristal Palace's "Live" restaurant.

Together with Giuseppe Tonelli, he personally takes care of the selection of the best ingredients and prefers local and seasonal products, selected meat, lake fish, typical cheese, vegetables and fresh fruit, jams and honey from Trentino.
Simplicity is the concept that best describes his cuisine and translates into cooking that enhances flavors and a balance between presentation and quality of the dish: an offer that can fascinate and satisfy the most experienced and discerning diner.
