In the summer months, breakfast is served also outdoors every morning on the hotel's panoramic terrace. We offer a large sweet and savory buffet, hot and cold.
You can try croissants, homemade cakes and pies, yoghurt, cereal flakes, muesli, light products, juices and fresh seasonal fruit. You will also find delicious crêpes that will be prepared for you on site. If you prefer something hearty, there are salmon, vegetables and a wide variety of cold cuts and cheeses. Dinner consists of a four-course choice menu, a salad buffet and a large selection of bread and fruit.
Refined and atmospheric piano bar music accentuate your aperitifs and dinners and transform them into an unforgettable holiday experience.
We are attentive to the tastes and needs of all of our guests with suggestions for vegetarians, celiac sufferers and other food intolerances.

Penasa praises important experiences with Italian and international chefs
and has been running the "Live" restaurant of the Kristal Palace since 2010, the year it opened.
Together with Giuseppe Tonelli, he personally takes care of the selection of the best ingredients and prefers local and seasonal products, selected meat, lake fish, typical cheese, vegetables and fresh fruit, jams and honey from Trentino.
Simplicity is the concept that best describes his cuisine and translates into cooking that enhances flavors and a balance between presentation and quality of the dish: an offer that can fascinate and satisfy the most experienced and discerning diner.
